2. General Terms of Sale
2.1 Parts Compatibility
WARNING: Check parts compatibility before installation.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the parts ordered are compatible with their vehicle. Our teams are available to advise you — do not hesitate to consult us before purchasing.
2.2 Return and Exchange Policy
No returns accepted for:
- Installed parts
- Tested parts
- Used parts
- Parts without original packaging
Non-stocked parts:
Non-stocked parts (specially ordered) cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days.
Before this deadline, a 15% handling fee may apply depending on the reason for return.
Order collection deadline:
Orders must be collected within 3 weeks.
After this deadline, they are returned to the supplier and can no longer be retrieved.
3. Warranties
3.1 Manufacturer Warranty
All our products are guaranteed for at least one year, subject to manufacturer conditions.
In case of warranty claim:
- The decision to accept the warranty claim rests with the manufacturer
- Labour costs are not covered by the warranty
- Installation/removal invoices may be required if necessary
- The defective part must be returned in its original packaging if possible

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Prices may be modified at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (in store)
- Bank cards (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank transfer (for professionals)
5. Delivery
5.1 Professional Delivery Service
We offer a delivery service exclusively for professionals in the Liège region, up to twice a day.
5.2 Availability Timelines
- Orders before 9:40 am: Available same afternoon from 2:30 pm
- Orders after 9:40 am: Available the next morning from 9:00 am
These timelines apply to stocked parts. For non-stocked parts, lead times may vary.
6. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
6.1 Data Collection
Parts24 only collects the personal data necessary for managing your orders and communicating with our customers:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Delivery address (if applicable)

- Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Parts24 or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, even partial, without prior authorisation is prohibited.
9. Applicable Law and Disputes
These general terms are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, we always favour an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the courts of Liège shall have sole jurisdiction.
